The G2 Solutions consulting process begins with a thorough assessment so that subsequent strength building can be tailored to the company’s needs. This involves extensive review and analysis of operating procedures, management styles, company culture and employee dynamics. Both qualitative (e.g. staff interviews, observations) and quantitative data (e.g. surveys, a review of company documents) are obtained.This results in a comprehensive report about your business that details strengths, challenges, recommended goals and strategies for implementation.
